Support for Habeas Project Legal Teams

• We provide ongoing training for legal teams relating to investigations, parole hearings, habeas petitions, and a variety of other legal issues.
• The Habeas Project created and maintains a website for its volunteer legal teams with sample habeas petitions, research papers on relevant topics, contact lists for experts, and other resources.
• The Habeas Project brings together 'mentors' such as criminal defense attorneys, lawyers specializing in parole representation, advocates for domestic violence survivors, legal team members who have succeeded in securing their Habeas Project clients' freedom, and others to provide ongoing support and assistance to legal team members.
